Welcome to jagzo India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

3. Free Shipping Offer
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500 within India.
- This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
- Express shipping charges are not covered under the free shipping policy.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer than estimated.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped. You can also track your order under the My Account section or through our Track Order page.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen situations. We appreciate your patience in such cases. For help, contact our support team.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.
- If the package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend.
- We are not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping details.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and photo evidence. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
10. Undeliverable Orders
Orders marked as undeliverable due to repeated failed attempts, refusal to accept, or incorrect address will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping charges may apply upon request for redelivery.
