Refund & Return Policy

At Jagzo India, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • We require a valid proof of purchase or order ID to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Replacements

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a free replacement or full refund.
  • Please raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • We may schedule a reverse pickup or request return shipping before dispatching a replacement.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at www.jagzoindia.com or use the Contact Us form.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and relevant images (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable) or provide the return shipping address.

Note: For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, bank account details will be required for NEFT refund.

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup for eligible returns in select pin codes.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item to our warehouse. Shipping costs may be reimbursed in such cases.

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged and rejected.
  • Products returned without authorization or beyond the return window will not be accepted.
